Appleyard/Macadam’s Supersport Cup campaigner Bjorn Estment is fired up and ready for the third round of the Championship that rolls in to the leafy Cheshire circuit of Oulton Park this Bank Holiday Weekend. After a good break from proceedings round 3 at the very unique and picturesque Cheshire circuit Oulton Park is almost upon us, and with some calculated hard work and effort I am looking to push on and up the anti in securing a pair of positive results and a maiden Cup win on the Appleyard/Macadam with Doodson Yamaha, at arguably our home circuit, in the Motorpoint British Supersport Championship in association with Datatag and am feeling that the presence of my mother and brother may just provide the “little bit extra” to achieve the targeted success.
Coming off the back of a pleasing debut at Brands Hatch and a slightly steeper learning curve at Thruxton, it is now time to get stuck in and down to business in this awesomely competitive and so far thrilling class of racing. The Team and myself are really motivated and are so far achieving the mini goals that we have in place. We, together, feel the time is now to put the hard yards in and do our best on the Bank Holiday weekend to give the loyal fans something to shout about.
I am feeling great going into Oulton Park and enjoy the circuit. I believe there are many areas in which the Yamaha as a package should shine at the Cheshire venue and its up to me to gel with my machine like a bear does with his honey pot. The flowing /undulating nature of the first and third sectors of the circuit are right up my alley of what I feel most confident to attack, and the exuberant layout  is very similar to that of a South African temperament.

I must just add that I have done the relative preparation for the race meeting and want to say a massive thanks to all the people and Sponsors namely, Colin Appleyard, Dougie Macadam, NFB Financial Services Group, RST Moto, Arai, Ive and Debs Racing, Forcefield, Leatt Brace and Pulse Engineering. These are the peeps that make the season possible!
So lets roll the dice and try and achieve that perfect pair.  Follow me on Twitter to stay in the loop @bjornestment27
