Gino lost his ride in Moto2 as the team he had planned to ride for in 2013, ESGP pulled out of the championship for financial reasons. Gino then started searching for funding to help him go racing, he set up a website where fans could donate and then announced he would be wildcarding in the European rounds of Moto2 with his own team and the British-built FTR chassis.
Gino is still looking for sponsors of all sizes to help him get out there in 2013, each wildcard will cost the Londoner around £20,000. Find out more about how you can help, here.
