Team Principal, Mark Smith-Halvorsen “As soon as I met Ian, prior to us moving from National Superstock in 2011, to our inaugural year in British Superbike in 2012, I knew that the support, understanding and encouragement of Lloyds British, would be key to the teams development and progression. Lloyds British is a fantastic business, which has a habit of just delivering results and that ultimately is what GBmoto Racing aspires to do as part of our growth and in association with our Racing Plan. True to their roots, Lloyds British give us much in the way of logistical and practical support, by literally keeping our show on the road through transport and heavy kit. Their increased financial support this year is also going to allow us to continue to improve our consistency and competitiveness at the races – and that is where we must measure ourselves. I look forward to seeing the key staff and guests of Lloyds British as part of our hospitality programme this year and cannot thank them enough for their ongoing involvement”.
