GBMoto announce Lloyds British as title sponsor for 2013

It’s Lloyds British GBMoto for 2013

Mark Smith-Halvorsen’s GBMoto team have announced a title sponsor for the 2013 British Superbike season in the form of “Lloyds British” and will contest the 2013 season under the banner “Lloyds British GBMoto” Honda.

The team, who will be running experienced superbike racers Peter Hickman and Dan Linfoot for the new season which kicks off in just under three weeks at Brands Hatch. After a positive first official test at Donington Park the team now heads to Brands Hatch for the second official test on Tuesday.

Lloyds British have been the benchmark in lifting, handling and associated engineering for decades and specialise in materials testing, as well as offering worldwide inspection, design, operator training and manufacturing services. CEO Ian White said: “Having spent many years associated with the BSB paddock it was refreshing to meet Mark and the GBmoto team. It was clear to us at the outset that GBmoto is a highly driven and motivated set of individuals who together can only continue to gain momentum and I firmly believe they will be consistently in the top 10 throughout the 2013 season”.
